How to Sell on Hubeatz

Ready to become a Seller on Hubeatz?

• STEP 1
• Do you want to be part of the sellers on hubeatz, that provide customers with the best farm produce in the city? Follow these steps to get started.

1. Visit www.hubeatz.com and click on sell on hubeatz.
2. Fill in your name, email, phone number and password.
3. Verify your email address.
4. Complete your business registration by filling your business details and uploading your business documents.
5. Wait for your store to be verified and approved, and start selling on hubeatz.

• STEP 2
• After registration, the next step is to upload your products to hubeatz website from your dashboard

1. Login to your seller dashboard
2. Go to the manage products section of your dashboard
3. Click on upload products and fill in the form fields to upload your products,
4. You will be required to fill in information about your product, such as the name of the product, a description of the product, price of the product, quantity of the product available and the weight of the product.
5. After you have filled in the information above, upload pictures of the product to complete the process(a minimum of one picture and a maximum of three pictures can be uploaded for each product).
6. Wait for your product to be approved by the admin, once your product is approved, your product will be available for purchase on hubeatz website.

• STEP 3
• Receive orders, deliver your orders and earn money with hubeatz

1. When customers purchase your products on hubeatz website, you will receive the order on your dashboard(manage orders section)
2. Once you receive an order, you are required to deliver the items in the order to the fulfillment centre within 24hrs, if you will not be able to fulfill the order within 24hrs, please contact our customer care team to ask for more time to fulfill the order.
3. Your products will be checked for quality assurance at the fulfillment centre before they are delivered to the customer (please ensure your products are fresh and in good condition when you bring them to the fulfillment centre).
4. Once the customer has received your products, the order will be marked as complete and you will receive your funds in your dashboard.
5. You can withdraw your funds from your dashboard by clicking on the payment section and then click on withdraw funds, you will receive your funds in your account within 1 to 5 business days.
